ZUMBATOMIC is a registered trademark of ZUMBA Fitness, LLC. ZUMBATOMIC is a specialty designed fitness class for children at the recommended age group of 4-12.
5 - 10 week sessions of a 45-minute structured routine for four-year-olds to twelve-year-olds; as well as one-time special events and celebrations based on availability.
There are two primary groups:
Age 4-7 Lil' Starz
Age 8-12 Big Starz

ZUMBA Fitness with Toi offers the ZUMBATOMIC fitness program to schools, daycares, pre-schools, afterschools and track out programs in the Triangle area. We offer 5 - 10 week sessions; as well as one-time special events and celebrations based on availability. Our licensed instructors teach a 45-minute structured routine.
Welcome: This is time to get acquainted or reacquainted, make announcements and go over rules.
Warm-up: A gradual increase in movement; preparing the mind and body for physical activity.
Rhythm Review: We will introduce or review a basic ZUMBA step with origin and history.
Dance: This is the core and essential part of the Zumbatomic program. Children learn fun choreography, teamwork, discipline, balance and coordination.
Peer Performance: We will split the class into two groups and the students will perform for there peers.
Game Time: Fun interactive game that allows each child to display leadership, creativity and self -expression.
Cool Down: A gradual and continuous decrease in intensity; transitioning from exertion state to resting state.
Closing: The last week of the session will consist of a performance of all the dances learned during the session. Parent's are invited and welcome to attend.
